Terms of Service

1. About the service

We provide one-to-one random text, voice and video conversations. Each mode has a separate matching queue. A match depends on other people being available; we do not guarantee a partner, wait time, conversation quality or uninterrupted access. We are an independent service, not affiliated with the former Omegle service.

These Terms, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy describe your use of the service. Operator and contact details are available on the Contact page.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age of adulthood where you live. Minors may not use the service, including with parental permission. Do not make a false age declaration or help a minor access the service.

Before chat access, you must actively confirm your age eligibility and agreement to our rules. This confirmation is self-declaration, not identity or age verification. We may require additional safeguards before enabling access where necessary. If you believe a person is underage, end the conversation and follow the Safety Center.

3. Guests, accounts and anonymity

Guest access uses a browser cookie to identify your session. If you use an available sign-in option, keep your account credentials secure and do not impersonate another person. Signing in does not entitle you to guaranteed matches.

Anonymous matching does not mean that you are unidentifiable to the operator, infrastructure providers or your conversation partner. Do not share private information. Direct peer-to-peer media connections can reveal network information such as your public IP address.

4. Your conduct and content

You are responsible for what you send, say or show. Only share material you have the right to share. You retain your rights in your content; you permit the processing necessary to deliver the conversation and operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not share nudity or sexual content, solicit sexual activity, exploit children, harass or threaten others, engage in hate speech, expose private information, commit fraud, send spam or use the service for unlawful activity. Do not scrape conversations, automate matching, evade restrictions or interfere with security. See the Community Guidelines for details.

5. Starting and ending conversations

Start joins the selected mode's queue after the required confirmation and, for voice or video, device permission. Cancel leaves the queue. Next ends your current match and seeks another person in the same mode. Stop ends your current match without rejoining the queue. You can leave at any time.

Voice and video require browser permission for the corresponding devices. Ending or cancelling releases this application's capture tracks. It does not revoke the browser's site permission or erase anything another person has recorded. You can manage device permissions in your browser.

6. Safety and restrictions

We do not guarantee that every conversation is safe or that content is monitored in real time. Other users may violate these Terms. Leave inappropriate conversations promptly. Do not rely on this service for emergency help.

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, respond to legal obligations or address misuse. When contacting us about a restriction, include the relevant circumstances but do not send identity documents or sensitive media unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

7. Free access and future paid features

The current chat offering is free. These Terms do not authorize a subscription charge. Any future paid feature will require a separate, clear offer explaining price, entitlement, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund terms before you purchase. Basic safety controls must not depend on purchasing an upgrade.

8. Availability and responsibility

The service may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant partner behaviour, connection quality or continuous availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use. This does not remove the operator's legal duties. A service-wide age rule is not a statement that every regulatory obligation has been met in every jurisdiction.

9. Changes and questions

We will publish revised Terms here with an updated date. Material changes to the chat participation rules may require you to confirm them again. For questions, privacy requests or safety concerns, use the Contact page. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
