Community Guidelines

1. Adults only, in every mode

Text, voice and video are for people aged 18 or older who are legally adults where they live. Do not involve a minor, misrepresent your age or encourage a minor to use the service. If a partner appears underage, end the conversation.

2. No sexual or exploitative content

Do not display nudity, pornography or sexual acts; make unwanted sexual advances; solicit sexual services; or use the service to groom, exploit or coerce anyone. Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited. Do not save, copy or redistribute such material.

3. Respect the other person

Do not threaten, stalk, bully or repeatedly target anyone. Hate speech and abuse directed at protected characteristics are not allowed. A partner may end a conversation without explanation; do not try to find or pursue them afterward.

4. Protect personal information

Do not expose another person's name, address, contact details, financial information or private images without permission. Do not request passwords, identity documents, payment details or intimate material. Do not record or publish another person's conversation without their informed permission and any consent required by applicable law.

5. No scams, spam or manipulation

Do not impersonate people or organizations, promote fraud, solicit money deceptively, distribute malicious links or flood conversations with promotions. Do not operate bots, scrape conversations, automate matching, manipulate accounts or evade access restrictions.

6. Keep control of your conversation

Use Next to move on or Stop to end the conversation without a new match. Cancel leaves the matching queue. Leaving is always allowed; you do not owe a stranger continued contact. Voice and video participants can mute their microphone, and video participants can turn off their camera.

7. Concerns and enforcement

We may restrict access for rule violations, but we do not promise that every conversation is actively reviewed. The current interface does not provide an integrated report-and-case-tracking flow. For the available contact route and immediate safety steps, see the Safety Center.

An age declaration or account is not proof that another person is trustworthy. These rules apply equally to guests, signed-in users and any future paid users. They supplement the Terms of Service.
